No. FlowKeep works immediately on first launch with no sign-up or login. Your projects, queue, and streaks are stored right on your device.
The queue sorts your projects by urgency so the ones that need attention rise to the top. Open a project to see its detail view, add context or notes, and track your streak. Use the calendar icon for the 7-day planner.
FlowKeep can optionally sync your projects through your own iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. When enabled, your data is available on your other devices signed into the same iCloud account. If you delete and reinstall the app, data that has synced to iCloud is restored on next launch; data that was only stored locally is not.
Buddy is an optional feature (Settings > Accountability Buddy) that lets you invite one partner to see your project titles and send you encouragement. It requires both people to be on FlowKeep. Nudges are delivered on the recipient's next sync or app open — they are not instant.
Make sure notifications are enabled for FlowKeep in the iOS Settings app (Settings > Notifications > FlowKeep), and that notifications are turned on inside FlowKeep's own settings. Reminders are scheduled for your preferred time each day.
